HSAW Bare MS Pipes

Helical / Spiral Submerged Arc Welded mild-steel pipes manufactured from prime HR coil on two fully automated production lines. BIS certified product, also API 5L compatible — accepted by government agencies and leading EPC contractors.

  • Outside diameter: 24″ – 128″ (600 mm – 3,250 mm)
  • Wall thickness: 4 mm – 16 mm

FBE Coated Pipes

Fusion-Bonded Epoxy — a high-performance thermosetting epoxy applied to a shot-blasted pipe surface for durable corrosion protection of buried water mains and pipelines.

  • External coating with optional internal epoxy lining
  • Coating thickness: 100 – 1,000 microns
  • Surface preparation: shot blasted to near-white metal
  • Standards: API RP 5L9 / CSA Z245.20
  • Application: water mains, buried pipelines, infrastructure

Coal-Tar Enamel coating reinforced with glass-fibre wrapping — a time-tested protection system for water mains, irrigation schemes and river crossings.

CWC Coated Pipes

Concrete Weight Coating — reinforced concrete applied over an anti-corrosion layer to give buried and submerged pipelines the negative buoyancy required for stable installation.
