HSAW Bare MS Pipes
Helical / Spiral Submerged Arc Welded mild-steel pipes manufactured from prime HR coil on one fully automated production line. BIS certified product — accepted by government agencies and leading EPC contractors.

FBE Coated Pipes
Fusion-Bonded Epoxy — a high-performance thermosetting epoxy applied to a shot-blasted pipe surface for durable corrosion protection of buried water mains and pipelines.
- External coating with optional internal epoxy lining
- Coating thickness: 100 – 1,000 microns
- Surface preparation: shot blasted to near-white metal
- Standards: API RP 5L9 / CSA Z245.20
- Application: water mains, buried pipelines, infrastructure
PE Coated Pipes
External polyethylene coating providing excellent dielectric properties and long-term corrosion resistance — the proven choice for buried water and gas pipelines.
- Diameter range: 20″ – 130″ OD
- Three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) configuration
- Excellent dielectric properties & impact resistance
- Standards: DIN 30670 / IS 15389

CTE Coated Pipes
Coal-Tar Enamel coating reinforced with glass-fibre wrapping — a time-tested protection system for water mains, irrigation schemes and river crossings.

Liquid Epoxy Lined Pipes
Internal lining applied by rotary spray for a smooth, food-safe bore — improving hydraulic flow and preventing internal corrosion in drinking water transmission.

- Potable-water safe formulations available

CWC Coated Pipes
Concrete Weight Coating — reinforced concrete applied over an anti-corrosion layer to give buried and submerged pipelines the negative buoyancy required for stable installation.
- Reinforced concrete coating over corrosion barrier

- Resists external mechanical impact & abrasion
