Coating Facility

To prevent corrosion and to improve the flow of water, pipes are coated internally with Liquid Epoxy or with polyethylene and external with PE I CTE I FBE & CWC on most advanced systems in the thickness ranging from 100 microns to 1000 microns.

We offer coating of pipes in the range from 24"(600 MM) to 128" (3250 MM) , with Annual production capacity of 3 million sq meter per annum.

Coating Process

For adequate roughness on surface, pipes are shot blasted with mixture of shots and Grits through rotatory turbine. Once required roughness is achieved, pipes are shifted to automated painting system for internal coating. Through rotary spray head epoxy/polyethylene mixtures uniformly applied on the inside surface from one end to the other end. To achieve required thickness, coating is performed in single or double layer depending on thickness of coating. The pipe is rotated on rollers till curing. The quality control department ensures the thickness and binding of application on pipes through various apparatus.

The comapny adheres all quality standards by rigorous implementation of process involved in manufacturing of pipes and coatings. We undertake all testing of raw material consumables before putting them to use and follow standard operating procedures specified. Our company also follows all certification norms of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IS045001and BIS norms. To ensure rigorous quality checks including hardness test, flattening test, tensile test and drift test, company has installed in-house laboratory with destructive and non destructive testing to ensure quality and error free product.
